Hotel Policy

1. All guests staying in the room must register, and are subject to the rules throughout their stay.

2. Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the room.

3. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.

4. The room rate must be prepaid.

5. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.

6. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. After this time, management may charge an extra fee.

7. No smoking inside the rooms.

8. Management is not responsible for lost valuables, documents, jewelry, or money.

9. All hair dye, food scraps, blood stains, makeup, and temporary tattoos that cause permanent stains on bedspreads, sheets, and towels will be charged the equivalent cost per damaged item.

10. Hanging clothes or towels on the hallway railings is prohibited.

11. If the mattress gets wet or stained, there will be a charge of $10,000 MXN.

12. If the guest loses the room key, they will be charged an additional $100 MXN.

13. While the air conditioning is on, the room door must be closed.

14. By signing the accommodation contract, guests agree to abide by the rules.

15. Hotel Las Glorias reserves responsibility for power or internet outages, or general failures beyond the hotel's control.

QUIET HOURS

We observe a quiet time after 10:00 p.m. Loud music is not allowed at any time. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to eviction.
